Add a low cost and reliable stream of business referrals to your business by building a referral network with other professionals who want to establish reciprocal referral relationships with other professionals to offer (your) related services to their clients.
HOW IT WORKS
We will set up and train you to run your own system that utilizes your Linked In account as well as four other software programs to add a cost effective automated cold outreach/prospecting system to find and establish first contact with potential referral partners.
What this means to you:
This will be your own ‘in-house’ prospecting/cold outreach system that will deliver potential referral partners who have expressed interest in establishing a reciprocal relationship with you.
- No more need to sift through thousands of profiles.
- No more cold calling.
- Just professionals ready to discuss potential collaborations.
What you will have to do:
First order of business, we’ll work with you to determine who your best referral sources are… (As an example-typically for Home/Kitchen Remodelers that is Real Estate Agents, Property Managers, Other Contractors, etc.) in your area who want to offer YOUR service to THEIR clients.
Also:
- Establish accounts with Linked In and four software as a service (SaaS) companies and provide us with log in information
- Log into the system once a day to communicate with the professionals who have responded and start your process of establishing a referral relationship with them (usually no more than half an hour)
- Log in once a week to refresh the prospect pool the system reaches out to (easy to do, training is provided, also less than half an hour)
- Reap the rewards of growing your own referral network
Timeline and Expected Output:
Depending on how quickly you can establish the accounts and our current workload, it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks to get all the systems set up and running.
As with any marketing, there are always variables but we are seeing between 3-5 interested referral partners per week that our typical client converts to 3-5 actual referral partners per month.

Each referral partner has varying potentials that they can offer you. Some may be able to refer one client a month, some maybe even none- but, for instance, they might have a previous client list they’d be happy to share with you.
The key is your creativity in developing reciprocal relationships with the prospective referral partners.Â
